I welcome applications by students who are interested in any aspects of public sector organizations' internal managment and inteface with citizens and political elites. 

The following subjects are particularily relevant: 

*The shaping of individuals' willingness to work for the public sector, including the role of political attitudes and beliefs. 

*Citizens' coping with and interactions with public sector organizations. 

*Democratic backsliding and the bureaucracy.
